Meet our CEO: Njabulo Sithole
Vision Meets Excellence
Njabulo Sithole, CEO of Omame Investments, rose from humble beginnings in Pietermaritzburg to lead a thriving and diversified Group of Companies. She holds an Executive Global Master’s in Management from the London School of Economics, a Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology from the University of KwaZulu Natal, and a Positive Psychology and Wellbeing Certificate from the Stanford School of Medicine. She is also pursuing a Doctorate of Business Administration at the Paris School of Business. With a passion for developmental psychology and empowering youth, Njabulo founded Women in Resilience, a social organisation dedicated to building resilience in women and leaders.
Under her leadership since 2000, Omame Investments has expanded into sectors like Facilities Management, Pharmaceuticals, and Resilience Training. She also serves on several boards and has earned accolades, including the Bright Star award from Standard Bank’s Women of KZN Awards. Her academic qualifications underscore her commitment to continuous learning and professional advancement. Her extensive experience in Resilience Training has significantly empowered numerous organizations, employees, and entrepreneurs. By employing evidence-based and highly impactful tools, she has effectively addressed well-being’s mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects. She empowers entrepreneurs to develop robust mental strategies to overcome challenges and maintain focus under pressure. This holistic approach fosters personal growth and enhances optimal performance and resilience through challenges. Beyond her professional pursuits, she derives great joy and relaxation from engaging with nature through running, mountain climbing, reading, and cycling. These pursuits rejuvenate her and facilitate more profound connections with friends and family, contributing to continuous personal and professional development.

Finance
Senzo is a seasoned finance professional with a National Diploma in Accounting, B.Tech in Taxation, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Accountancy. He is a Professional Accountant (SA) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) with over 19 years of experience in financial reporting and auditing.
He is skilled in using accounting software such as CaseWare, Pastel, SAP ERP, Oracle ERP, and audit tools like ACL/CAATS, with a solid understanding of the Companies Act and tax regulations. Currently a Finance Manager, Senzo’s previous roles include Group Internal Auditor at Tiger Brands, Internal Audit Supervisor at Umnotho Business Consulting, and Assistant Warehouse Supervisor at Rohm and Haas.
Sphumelele Dubazana
Human Resources
Sphume is a dedicated HR professional with over 8 years of experience driving corporate excellence and implementing impactful human resources initiatives. A creative thinker, Sphume excels at aligning employee needs with organizational goals and fostering a productive, engaged workforce. Currently serving as the Acting Human Resources Manager at the Optimise Group, Sphume is committed to open communication across all staff levels. With a strong interest in Industrial Relations, Sphume is pursuing a qualification in Labour Law (Industrial Relations) through UNISA.
Gugu Lekoba
Facilities Management & Services
Mrs. Gugulethu Lekoba has over 20 years of experience in facilities management, overseeing 24 service providers. She currently manages the IALCH contract. Her qualifications include a BA in Communications Science from UniZulu, a Facilities Management Program, and the Leadership Development Programme from GIBS.
Nevin Parasamer
Warehouse and Distribution
Nevin is a dedicated and meticulous professional with over 24 years of experience in the courier industry. He completed his matric with exemption in 1996 and holds an NQF Level 3 certificate in Road Transport. Outside of work, Nevin enjoys gardening, staying active, and spending time with his dogs. He also has a passion for car maintenance and upgrades.
Dr Zandile Madlabana
People Management and Corporate Wellness
Zandile Madlabana-Luthuli is a published researcher at the University of KwaZulu-Natal’s School of Applied Human Science. She has been involved in international research projects on performance management, mental health, and employee well-being. A registered Industrial Psychologist, she is affiliated with the HPCSA, SABPP, and SIOPSA.
With experience in both public and private sectors, Zandile’s expertise includes evidence-based research, psychological assessment, training, and change management. Currently, she is a Senior Consultant with The Resilience Institute, focusing on resilience as a psychological resource.
