Impilo Consortium (PPP)
Omame holds 7% minority equity shareholding in Impilo Consortium Pty (Ltd). The other shareholders are 60% AME Africa, Siemens, Tsebo Outsourcing Solutions and 40% BEE shareholders.
This consortium was awarded a 15-year contract to provide outsourced services in Information Technology, Medical Equipment and Facilities Management. Omame’s involvement is at board level where one of the directors is a board member.

Imbewu Capital Partners
Omame Investments hold a 5% minority shareholding in Imbewu Capital Partners a private equity company. Omame have a Non-Executive Director at board level who also chairs the Audit committee of Imbewu. The other shareholders are 60% AME Africa, Siemens, Tsebo Outsourcing Solutions and 40% BEE shareholders.

Hulamin (Pty) Ltd
Omame Investments holds an effective 0.1924% in Hulamin Operations with voting rights at Hulamin (Pty) Ltd listed company level held at a consortium structure. The Hulamin investment is held via an equity investment in Grey Jade Trade & Investment (Pty) Ltd. Over and above this Omame Investment have provided preference shareholding through Omame Capital (Pty) Ltd. Hulamin is an independent semi fabricator of aluminum products and is situated in South Africa.

NPC Cimpor
Omame Investments holds an effective 0,455% shareholding via a consortium structure. NCP Cimpor is a cement producer located in Kwazulu Natal that is owned 79, 5% by Cimentos de Portugal (Cimpor) and 20.5% by the BEE consortium.

RCL Foods
Omame Investments has a 0,528% interest in RCL Foods via a consortium structure. RCL Foods is a leading food producer in South Africa and holds a varied portfolio of prominent and much-loved food brands. RCL Foods history spans over 120 years and has seen the acquisition of several large food producers in South Africa, including the companies formerly known as TSB Sugar and Foodcorp. In 2015 the company underwent a restructure which resulted in the emergence of three core divisions: Consumer Division, Sugar & Milling Division and Logistics Division.

Nkuzi Pharmaceuticals (Pty) Ltd
Omame Investments (Pty) Ltd holds 15% of the issued share capital in Nkunzi Pharmaceuticals a company that manufactures and distributes pharmaceutical products.
Omame have a Non-Executive Director at board level.

MTN Ltd
Omame Investments (Pty) Ltd holds 1354 shares in MTN. A cellular network operator delivering service in South Africa and other African countries.

Vodacom
Omame Investments (Pty) Ltd holds 2100 Yebo Yethu shares in Vodacom a pan-African mobile telecommunications company.

Sasol Ltd
Omame Investments (Pty) Ltd holds 1450 Sasol Inzalo shares. Sasol is a South African company involved in mining, energy, chemicals and synfuels. They produce petrol and diesel.

Omame Betshops
Omame Investments also have an interest in the Bookmaking industry through Omame Betshops. The company currently holds three bookmaking licences betting operator which offers sports and horse racing. The company has merged with Playa Bets KZN now holding a total of 11 licensing rights in KZN and Mpumalanga.

Resilience Institute of South Africa PTY (Ltd)
RISA is a human-centric organization focused on building resilience in individuals and organizations, addressing mental health challenges like depression, anxiety, and stress. Passionate about empowering workplaces, RISA uses the Resilience Institute International (RI) program, identified by experienced psychologist Ms. N.B. Sithole, for its high-impact, evidence-based approach. Founded by Dr. Sven Hansen, a South African now based in New Zealand, the RI program is globally recognized and represented in seven countries through affiliate partners.
